In “Circus Iconic” characters stop and dig into his eyes making us reflect on the passage of time. People of difficult adjustment to a stable society. Becoming childhood dreams
disappointments. A world of illusion. Different times and places, but ultimately the same show, which runs in front and behind the mask. His work is characterized by intertextuality.
Heavy load nostalgic portraits are swayed by forceful brushstrokes and color. Pallets blue and dark red challenge to those described in black and white photographs. Btoy presented in his works the precepts of postmodernism, eclectic, ephemeral, the result of the loss of social cohesion.
